We may verify your identity before acting. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and identity verification. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying with the subject line Privacy Appeal and explaining why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.

12. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact clientservice@emilimani.com so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
